New control panel available from January 27th

Why change the control panel? Changing the user control panel is one of the most important changes that an internet provider can take into consideration and that we have decided to introduce, not surprisingly, in 2015, a year during which we will present many new features and 360-degree improvements for all our users and for all the products available on our website.

The priority was first of all to have a single access point for everything that was available to our customers through the various platforms that we have made available over the years: assistance, our website, the directadmin panel for managing mailboxes, ftp accounts, file managers, etc., will now all be available starting from January 27th on our new control panel from a single login.

A collaboration between different teams

Ease of access and use was one of the first objectives of our team of developers, graphic designers and the help desk team, who all collaborated together for about 6 months to make this transition period as simple as possible and to try to include in the new control panel all the most important implementation requests that have arrived over the years from various customers.

An infographic, which you will also find at the bottom of this article, and a video tutorial during the login phase will certainly be useful to better understand the new features introduced.

Feedback, an essential resource

However, we want to continue listening to your voice and so we have inserted a "feedback" button in the panel (which will be visible at the bottom) to welcome all your suggestions on the usability or any problems of the new control panel. We await your comments, intuitions or a simple "like" or "dislike".
