Yes. You present hosting and first-level support under your brand; infrastructure stays on Host.it. Contract and DNS details are set at activation.
How does support for the end customer work?
Usually the reseller is first level. Host.it steps in for infrastructure incidents, escalation and training. SLAs and teams are defined in the partner contract.
