How does site migration from my current provider work?
Site and email migration is included in all hosting profiles. Contact Customer Care to transfer the site. You will need FTP and MySQL credentials plus the AuthCode/AuthInfo/EPP for the domain transfer. For email migration we need the mailbox list with passwords and the mail server address.
How long does hosting activation take?
Our hosting profiles are usually activated within about 3 minutes after payment confirmation. With a credit card you can start building your site within minutes.
Can I buy more mailboxes?
Yes. You can purchase up to 1,000 mailboxes per domain in packs of 5 extra mailboxes. Each pack of 5 email mailboxes costs €10/year (VAT excluded).
Can I get more email storage?
Yes. You can purchase extra email storage in 5 GB packs. Each 5 GB email storage pack costs €10/year (VAT excluded).
Can I hide domain registrant data?
Yes, with the optional “Domain Privacy” add-on for €5.00/year (VAT excluded), which masks registrant data in public Whois records. This option is not available on .it domains.
Which CMS can I install on Linux Hosting profiles?
