He who doesn't work doesn't make love

In June 2017, when we transformed into Host.it, we introduced "365", as it was called, that is, the extension of customer service to every day of the year, Sundays, Christmas and Easter included.

When we designed the website texts, the new services and the new "brochure" we gave ourselves only one rule: write the truth, that is, the service we provide to the letter and since we wanted to write: we have always been there... we also had to put it into practice.

In 2017/2018, for a hosting provider not to be available 365 days a year seemed absurd to us, we seriously believed that extending the service was a "must". Thousands of e-commerce sites that we host work 24 hours a day, 365 days, for them it is a right to be able to contact us, always.

Although we all agreed, the introduction of Sunday work was not a joke, personal and family habits come into play, in short, we cannot joke with the time we have to live.

At Host.it, within the customer service group, fantastic people work, the people you come into contact with when you call us, write to us, when you get angry or when you rejoice thanking us for having solved a problem that is unsurpassable for you.

My thoughts today (Sunday) go to them, who have been able to face this big change and supported the company, sometimes working impossible shifts, made even more difficult by the new services that we have put on sale, by the support of new colleagues, etc...

Businesses are made up of people, they are the largest investment and the broadest value to be protected.

As Celentano said: He who doesn't work doesn't make love. Probably at Host.it we all make love a lot!

???? But we also believe in the value of family and personal passions, which push us to justify our existence.

We will always be here to support you, even on Sunday, but know that at the end of the shift, we will return to our families to make love!

…so as to support you even better the next day!
