AAA Project Manager Wanted

This figure will interface with all our Development teams, with the Help Desk team, with the Management and with some external collaborators to follow the launch and online publication of a new project that will involve the entire company.

Here are the required and desired features:

Age between 32 and 40

Excellent knowledge of the English language

Degree with technological/IT specialization

Strong leadership skills

At least 3 years of experience in IT project coordination

Excellent communication skills, also proven by courses attended in the past

The following skills and competences are also required:

Relational skills and competences: Precision, spirit of adaptation, predisposition to initiative, ability to listen and relate to professional figures of different levels, flexibility

Organizational skills and competences: Decision Making, Team Building, Problem Solving, Coordination and Management of Critical Issues, Ability to Work for Processes and Objectives and Not for Tasks.
