Here are the required and desired features

Adobe Illustrator *(preferable for creating logos and graphics on physical promotional media - t-shirts, pens, banners etc.)

Adobe AfterEffect *(preferable for editing and creating new promotional videos)

Adobe Premiere *(preferable for editing and editing new promotional videos)

Experience in creating web banners (as per Google ads specifications)

Experience in creating DEM – direct email marketing
